Why I got into public service: My grandmother introduced me to politics and public service, so when I returned to my hometown, it was a natural step to get involved and run for public office to work to make my community a better place for my children.

Guiding Value: Creating jobs for all families, because a strong family is the backbone of our society and economic stability in the family home is the best way to conquer our social problems such as drug abuse, teen pregnancy, and dropout rates.
