The "DLC Fellows" program marries the DLC's focus on values-based leadership with the best practices of leadership development. The two-year program is grounded in the New Democrat philosophy and focuses on how to adapt that philosophy to changing times and new public policy challenges while remaining committed to the underlying vision and principles. The program also identifies and promotes the leadership traits and skills required for today's leaders to effectively advance those core values. |
